Hello!

Here are a few pictures of my short stay in Kaunas 🙂

Lettre provenant d’un ancien fort ayant abrité beaucoup de juifs pendant l’occupation nazie ainsi que de prisonniers politiques pendant l’ère soviétique… Les mots parlent d’eux-même.

Et plein de mariages (j’avoue, ça m’embêterait qu’il y ait plein de touristes qui prennent des photos à mon mariage :p)

Il y avait un festival ce week-end là…

 

That’s my buddy Matei, whom I met in the hostel where I was staying. We sympathized after deciding to go to a concert together.

We were at first both supposed to stay only one night, but I wanted to stay one more day and I convinced him to do the same. We therefore partied and had fun like idiots, it had been a long time since I had laughed that much, it did me so much good! It’s a shame that we had to leave so soon, I would have liked to travel a bit with him. He continued to Riga and I took a bus to Pasvalys, where Daiva and Kees were waiting for me.

I have been with them for a few days, as well as with Harry, another “helper” (we help them with several tasks around the farm) who is from New Zealand. I rarely met such adorable people. I am over the moon!

But I’ll tell you more about it very soon.

I feel like I am starting to live again, I feel good, really good. I found my appetite, I wake up every morning with a smile, and I feel at peace. I am in my element and (almost) all the doubts I had about my departure went away. Things are getting clearer in my head, and I have a few ideas for my future. It’s crazy! I will tell you more about it soon.

Everything happens for a reason.
